Blackmagic Media Express 3.3.1
I have 0 experience with video production and am diving in a bit into the deep end, so apologies if I've missed something 'obvious', but I have spent a ton of time on this and would appreciate any help solving the problem.
Problem
I have a new Decklink 4k Extreme 12G that I can't get to work. It doesn't seem to recognize any incoming signal video or audio. Any capture results in a pure black screen without any audio. The preview never registers any video and the audio meters never register any incoming audio. Media Express displays 'No Remote'.
I have tried the card in both my personal computer and, now that it's built, a new machine that will be dedicated to livestreaming.
