Step 1: In Start menu or taskbar search box, type services.msc and then press Enter key to open Services window.

C:WindowsSystem32spoolPRINTERS

Where “C” is the driver letter of Windows 10 install drive. If you see a dialog with “You don’t currently have permission to access this folder” message, click continue button to open up PRINTERS folder. If you are not the admin, you might need to enter the password.
