I just upgraded to Windows 10 pro 64 bit (from Windows 7 pro 64 bit) on without any noticeable issues (other than there are a lot of things about W7 I like better than 10) on a Dell Opti-plex 755. I had upgraded the BIOS (A22) and graphics chipset (Q35) to latest before upgrading to Windows 10. Dell Optiplex 755 Intel Q35 Chipset.
